It has marvellous location and ample parking, and it's right by center.

Location: the hotel was close to Zichron's city center as well as Israel. The room was clean and had an exceptionally comfortable bed. The staff was nice and pleasant, helped me a lot...

The check-in process was annoyingly delayed. We arrived and waited too long for our room, not ready until hours after the stated check-in time. The pool area was quite crowded with children.

The decor was so outdated, it woudl ve been charming in a grandma's house, but not in a hotel. The check-in was an absolute disaster, wating for two hours to receive my room was just beyond unacceptable. I rather expected an upgrade or at least some complimentary snacks to make up for their inefficiency, but alas, nothing. Disappointed.

The outdoor spaces were lovely. We enjoyed sunny afternoons in the garden area. Apart from that, breakfast was a delight with fresh salads and quality coffee. Staff were genuinely helpful.

Some noise from adjacent rooms was noticeable, which disrupted our relaxation.
